How do I place an order?
It’s simple. All you have to do is go to the
Order Form and fill it out. You get to customize your banner and pick out your background, mascot, team name style, player name style, and player icon, which call all be found on our
Database. Then you pick out what
products you’d like and submit your order. We’ll design your order and send you a proof within 2 business days.
How long does it take to get my order?
Once you place your order, we will send you a proof within 2 business days. If all the names are spelled correctly and you approve of your order, just pay online or you can call us at 909.987.3355 and pay over the phone. Once we receive payment, we will print and package your order, and it will either be shipped off the next business day or ready for pick up at the next pick up night. Our pick up nights are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4pm-7pm and Fridays from 2pm-8pm.
When can I pick up my order?
Our pick up nights are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4pm-7pm and Fridays from 2pm-8pm. Your banner will be ready the following pick up night after you pay. For example, if you pay on Wednesday, your order will be available to pick up on Thursday.
Can I have my order shipped? How much would it cost?
Yes. We ship our products via FedEx and it typically takes about 3 business days to arrive at your doorstep. It costs $10 per item, so if you ordered a banner and banner stand, it would be $20 for shipping.
I need my banner for Saturday morning, and it's 6pm Thursday night! Can I get my order rushed?
Yes. We can do a rush order for an additional fee. Call our office at 909.987.3355 for rush order fees.
How do I pay?
You can pay online or over the phone using your credit card or PayPal account. If you would like to pay in cash or check, please call our office at 909.987.3355 to schedule a time to drop it off at our office.
Do I have to pay tax?
Yes. You do have to pay California sales tax of 7.75% on our products; however, shipping is not taxed.
Can I see my banner before I pay for it?
Yes! Because it is all digital, we will send you a proof to make sure all the names are spelled correctly before you pay. Once you approve of your order, you can just pay online or by the phone, and you’ll have your order shipped the next day or ready for pick up at the next pick up night.
What if I can't find an image that matches my team?
No problem. Just check the
Image Request box on the
Order Form and we will send you an image to match your team name. We are continuously adding new images to our
Database. If you would like a custom image designed for you, there is a custom design fee of $35 .
What do you mean by "main image", "team name style", etc.?
These are the different parts or elements of the banner. Below is a diagram of what each element is on the banner.

What if I have my own image to put on the banner?
We can print anything you’d like; however, because everything we print is so large, we require a large digital image. The file requirements for an image to look good and not pixelated are a high definition image with a minimum of 300dpi (dots per inch) and 1200 pixels wide. If you would like for us to re-do the image you have to make it the size and resolution to print, there would be a custom design fee.
What is included in the banner design?
Each banner has a main image, background, team name, player’s first names over an icon, and coach’s, assistant coach’s, team mom, and sponsor’s names. Pennants have the team name, background, main image, and player’s first name on each pennant.
Do I have to design my own banner and send it to you to print?
With the
Database you can select all the different elements of your banner and we’ll piece everything together. Just select the designs and images you’d like on the
Order Form.
My sponsor wants their logo on the banner. Can you print their logo?
Yes. We can print a sponsor’s logo on your banner. However, because it is being blown up to a 3’x5’ banner, the larger the image, the better. For the image to look normal, the minimum file requirements are a digitally generated image file, 300dpi, and at least 800px in size.
What type of material do you use?
We use a durable, matte vinyl material that is waterproof and reduces glare in the sun...or on picture day too!
What kind of shirt do you use and can I get colors other than white?
Our shirts are a 100% pre-shrunk cotton tee, with a seamless collar, sleeves and bottom hem. We have youth sizes X-Small to X-Large and adult sizes Small to 4X-Large. For this season, we only have white tees in stock, but the image that is heat pressed onto the shirt is full 8 color just like your banner or pennants.
How do I hang my banner and pennants?
Our banners and pennants are grommetted and come with rings to clip to stands. We sell both banner and pennant stands. Banner stands are $25 +tax and pennant stands are $20 +tax.
Can I clean my banner?
Yes! With the waterproof vinyl, all you have to do is take a damp washcloth and wipe off the banner.
Are you the Dairy Queen people?
Yes, we are. We started our business airbrushing banners out of the owner's garage in Fontana, but this year we have upgraded to digitally printed banners with our very own shop. Instead of having pickup nights at the Dairy Queen located on the north west corner of Archibald Avenue and Baseline Avenue in Alta Loma, we now have pick up nights at our shop.
